Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. Colby cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    potato chips
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and boil with bay leaves and salt. Cool, then peel. Grate potatoes in baking dish.
