Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

oil for deep frying
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, rinsed and drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. won ton skins
Preparation

Preheat oil to 370\u00b0.
Combine next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Spoon onto won ton skins; fold diagonally into triangle. Moisten edges with water and press to seal.
Seal other 2 corners together.
Deep fry until golden brown; drain.
Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce and Chinese mustard.
May freeze and reheat in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
