Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in (don't beat) sugar, pecan pieces, cracker crumbs, baking powder and vanilla.
Pour into buttered pie pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cover top with whipped cream and let stand for 4 to 6 hours.
Keep refrigerated.
