Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    35 Ritz crackers, or saltines, coarsely crushed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. onion powder or minced onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    In greased 6-cup souffle dish, combine crackers, cheese and mushrooms.
    In medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, onion powder, parsley flakes and poultry seasoning.
    Pour over mixture in souffle dish and stir.
    Bake for 50 minutes or more at 350\u00b0.
