Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) salmon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few grains of pepper
Preparation
    Mix salmon, milk and crumbs; add beaten eggs.
    Add onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Pack in greased loaf pan; bake in moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
