Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. cashews
    4 oz. jar pimientos
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    garlic and dill
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil 3/4 cup of water.
    Mix 1/4 cup of cold water with 1/4 cup cornmeal.
    Stir into boiling water and cook 10 minutes. (Microwave, if desired.)
    Blend the cashews, pimientos, salt, onion powder, garlic and dill.
    Add cooked mush gradually.
    Add lemon juice.
