Fruit Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can any fruit
Preparation
    Line cookie sheet with plastic wrap. Drain fruit well.
    (Note: Frozen fruit may be used, thawed and drained.)
    Put fruit in a processor.
    Blend to a fine puree. Spread the puree on the plastic covered cookie sheet, leaving the edges untouched.
    Place cookie sheet in oven at the lowest possible setting (approximately 150\u00b0). Leave in oven overnight or all day or until the fruit is dry. Roll up the fruit in the plastic wrap and cut in desired size.
