Smoked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery or 1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
    butter
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in oil, or use celery salt. Cook rice until done.
    Add tomatoes (after draining rice).
    Add butter; simmer 2 to 3 minutes, long enough to melt butter.
    Add oregano; set aside.
    Put oil in casserole dish; heat.
    Add meat that has been cut in bite size pieces.
    Mix into rice.
    Add 3/4 cup water.
    Bake for 30 minutes, or microwave for 12 minutes.
