Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast (2 to 3 inches thick)
    2 medium size onions
    4 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    3 or 4 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Millers beef flavor (no beef cubes)
Preparation
    In a 3-quart pan, fill with 2 quarts of water.
    Trim fat off meat and cut into large pieces.
    Add onions and Millers seasoning. Cook for 3 hours.
    Remove meat.
    Cut vegetables and add to broth; cook for 1/2 hour.
    Add meat and cook for 15 minutes and serve.
