Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. white flour
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour hot water into a large bowl, then add salt, butter and honey.
    Stir until the butter is melted.
    Cool slightly.
    Put yeast into 1 cup of warm water. Add it to the ingredients in the large bowl.
    Work in the flour until the dough is firm enough to knead.
    Knead 5 to 10 minutes.
    Put dough in greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch the dough, divide it and shape. Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
