Microwave Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and lemon peel in deep 1-quart bowl.
    Blend in water and lemon juice.
    Microwave at High (100%) until sauce is thickened and clear, 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring after half of cooking time.
    Stir in margarine and egg yolk.
    Microwave at High (100%) until bubbly, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
