Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can condensed milk
3 pt. strawberries
2 pt. heavy cream or whipping cream
1 pt. half and half
Preparation

Beat the eggs.
Add the sugar; beat well, until light.
Add the condensed milk; mix well.
Puree the strawberries; add pureed strawberries to mixture and mix well.
Pour into ice cream churn. Add the heavy or whipping cream and the half and half.
If not up to fill line, add small amount of whole milk until fill line is reached.
Churn.
