Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. warm milk or (1 c. buttermilk & 1 1/2 c. canned milk)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 cups Better Bread Flour (sifted)
1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Combine in a large bowl:
Mix milk, sugar, Crisco, salt, and baking powder.
Mix well and flour, 2 cups at a time until all is added.
Mix well.
Leave in bowl and grease top with oil.
Cover with a wet towel and let it sit until it has risen to double in size.
Push down and let it rise again.
After the second rise, make out into rolls and let them rise again.
Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
If you do not wish to bake all of the rolls, place in refrigerator, covered, with wet cloth until ready to cook again.
Keep cloth wet.
