Instant Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 c. self-rising flour
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water until dissolved.
    Add sugar, buttermilk and Crisco oil to yeast.
    Add flour and knead a few times.
    Roll out on floured board; cut with biscuit cutter.
    Put small amount of butter or margarine on each roll and fold in half. Put in a greased pan.
    Let rise for 2 hours in a warm place. Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0, until brown.
