Swiss Steak And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 can water
    4 to 6 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1/2 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Dredge with flour and brown in salad oil.
    Season.
    Cut up potatoes and carrots.
    Put all but peas in large pan and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Add frozen peas and cook until done.
