Honey Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 onion
    1 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cover beans with cold water; soak overnight.
    Cook beans with water about one hour; drain and reserve liquid.
    Place half of bacon and half the onion on bottom of casserole dish.
    Add beans, bacon and onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients and 1 3/4 cups of reserved liquid.
    Pour over beans.
    Cover; bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and bake one hour or until beans are soft.
