Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (but reserve 3 Tbsp. juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    3 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine with 1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled.
    Sprinkle crackers over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
