Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil or melted margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. cooking apples, chopped fine or grated

Preparation

Cream oil or melted margarine and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
Add flour, sifted with salt and soda.
Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
