Easy Vegetable Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked spaghetti
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 to 3 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    3 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 1/2 c. sweet red peppers, sliced thin
    2 c. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. scallions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
    1 1/4 c. snow peas
Preparation
    Mix chicken broth, soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Heat oil in wok or large saucepan.
    Add mushrooms, celery and red pepper.
    Cook until crisp-tender.
    Stir in bean sprouts, scallions, snow peas and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens and boils.
    Add drained hot spaghetti; toss well.
