Mashed Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, riced
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. buttered crumbs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add fat, seasoning and eggs to hot, riced potatoes.
    Add baking powder (to make potatoes light). Beat until light and mound in a baking dish. Cover with grated cheese, then cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 minutes, or until the crumbs are golden brown.
