Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. milk
10 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs until thick, about 5 minutes on high speed.
Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Combine flour and baking powder; add to batter with vanilla and beat at low speed until smooth.
In saucepan, heat milk and butter, just until butter melts, stirring occasionally.
Add to batter, beating until combined.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
