Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    2 celery ribs, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
    Add potatoes, celery and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add butter and milk.
    Bring to a simmer and add salt and pepper to taste.
    In a small bowl, stir beaten egg into the flour.
    Stir until a grainy mixture. Sprinkle small amounts at a time into the soup and continue stirring.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
