Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
5 bananas
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. Cool Whip
chopped salted peanuts
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Melt 2/3 stick margarine and stir in graham cracker crumbs; press into a 9 x 13 pan.
In a small bowl, beat sugar, eggs and rest of margarine for 15 minutes; spread over top of graham cracker then place sliced bananas on that, then the pineapple and cool whip.
Sprinkle with nuts and cherry halves.
Serve chilled.
