Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Stir cocoa and soda together.
Blend in 1/3 cup oil.
Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens.
Stir in sugar, eggs and the remaining 1/3 cup oil.
Stir until smooth.
Add flour and vanilla; blend completely.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips or nuts. Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
