Texas Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. granulated sugar
    dash of salt
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In saucepan, slowly melt butter.
    Add cocoa; blend until smooth.
    Stir hot water into cocoa mixture and blend.
    In large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt with a wire whisk until well blended.
    Stir cocoa mixture into the dry ingredients.
    Add milk and egg and blend until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust (prebake 5 minutes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool before cutting into thin slices.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
