Soy Sauce And Sesame Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken (legs and thighs, breasts do not work as well)
    soy sauce
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Spray a flat pan with nonstick spray.
    Add chicken and cover pan with soy sauce (it needs plenty of sauce).
    Shake sesame seed over; cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Uncover; baste.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0; cook about 30 minutes or until well done.
    It will stay hot a long time and seems to be a favorite every time.
