Santa Fe Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers, drained
Preparation
    Cook beef, sausage and onion until done; drain.
    Chop cheese into meat and cook on low.
    Add Ro-Tel while cheese is melting.
