Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (2 sticks), softened
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Using a food processor or mixer, beat the butter until it is light and fluffy.
    Beat in lemon juice and powdered sugar. Mash the fruit and beat it into the butter a spoonful at a time until well blended.
    It is important to add berries slowly so it will be absorbed evenly.
    Mound butter into small bowl and serve with bread.
