Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 stick butter
Preparation

Boil chicken breast and tear in strips or small pieces. Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour on top of chicken.
Add poppy seed and butter to crushed crackers.
Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
