Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add salad oil, water and pumpkin. Blend well, then add flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking soda.
    Mix well. Pour into ungreased loaf pans (2 or 3 loaves).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
