Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 can green chopped chilies (3 oz.)
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. tortillas (corn)
    2/3 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 c. dried bread cubes
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In 2-quart utility dish, combine margarine, onion and celery. Place in Radarange oven for 4 minutes on Roast.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Stuffs 4 to 6 pound bird.
