Hamburger Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
4 green peppers, cut into eighths lengthwise
Preparation

Shape meat into 6 oval steaks.
Brown lightly in a large skillet. Top steaks with green peppers. Cover.
Cook over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness and peppers are still crisp. Makes 6 servings.
