Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. canned whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into large iron skillet which has been heated and well-greased.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Serve while hot.
