Cottage Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 scant Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into greased and floured 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick is clean.
    Cut and serve with warm sauce.
