Cornetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. warm water (115~ to 118~)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix dry yeast and water; add sugar, salt, Crisco and flour. Mix well.
    Place dough in bowl; let rest 15 minutes.
    Knead well. Let rise about 45 minutes.
    Knead again; shape.
    Divide evenly into 12 balls.
    Cut each ball in half.
    With rolling pin or pasta machine roll each piece to 6 inches by 5 inches.
    Roll the 5 inch side up in jelly roll fashion.
    Take another ball and do the same. Put the two together and pinch center well.
    Make sure one corner stands up.
    Place the 6 cornetti on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Let rise to double in size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
