Spinach And Bacon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach, washed and dried
    6 slices cooked bacon, chopped (reserve 2 Tbsp. grease)
    1 small onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar (cider)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Tear spinach in bowl.
    Add onion and garlic to 2 tablespoons bacon grease; brown.
    Add sugar and stir.
    Then add vinegar, oil and salt; heat to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour hot dressing over spinach.
    Add chopped bacon and toss.
    Serve immediately.
