Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. pimento (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. mashed potatoes (hot)
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put in 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
