Corn Meal Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. pork sausage drippings
1/3 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
salt and pepper as needed
Preparation

Put sausage drippings in a 7 or 8-inch iron skillet preheated on medium heat.
Add meal and stir.
Add flour; stir
constantly until medium brown.
Add milk.
Stir constantly until boils to desired thickness.
