Fruit Crisp(No Sugar!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) frozen apple juice
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    10 to 12 apples, peeled and cut
    1/2 c. oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds (optional)
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix apples, raisins, 1/4 cup flour, apple juice and cinnamon. Place in glass pan (9 1/2 x 12-inch).
    Mix oats, 1/2 cup flour, germ, honey and butter in bowl. Crumble over apple mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
