Chicken In Dijon Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken cutlets
    flour
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. Poupon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper cutlets; brown in oil and butter mixture.
    Put in casserole dish, add wine to remaining butter and oil in pan, cook until glazed.
    Add cream, whisk to light boil. Reduce heat and add mustard, pour over chicken, bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
