Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 graham crackers, crushed (keep some for top)
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 small pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 small cartons sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (pinch)
Preparation
    Put cream cheese and 3 tablespoons sugar in mixer bowl and let stand until soft.
    Mix well.
    Add beaten eggs, then sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish lined with crumb crust.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
