Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave cheese and salsa in a 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Stir after 3 minutes.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
    Makes about 3 cups.
