Apple Pie Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 beaten eggs plus milk to make 2/3 c.
    1 c. corn flakes
    3 lb. apples, sliced
    cinnamon/sugar mixture
Preparation
    Make crust with flour, salt, butter, sugar, eggs and milk. Roll out 1/2 of pie crust to fit a large cookie sheet.
    Crumble corn flakes over bottom crust.
    Add apples to about 1 inch; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    Roll out remaining dough for top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 50 minutes, until apples are tender and crust lightly browned.
    Frost when cool with powdered sugar icing.
