Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini squash
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, vanilla and 2 cups grated zucchini. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to first ingredients.
    Beat well, then add nuts.
    Bake in two loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
