White Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    6 egg whites
Preparation
    First, add Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg whites one at a time. Add milk, flour and lemon flavoring.
    Put in greased pan.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not open oven door while baking. Makes 3 layers.
