Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded green cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute cabbage, onion, flour, caraway seed, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add Cheddar cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Return to heat, if necessary but do not boil.
    Top with small crackers.
