Night Before Egg Casserole Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 slices bread (white sandwich bread)
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. salt (I prefer 1/2 tsp.)
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard (dry)
Preparation
    Brown sausage medium; drain fat.
    Cut the bread and place on bottom of an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking dish (2-inch sides). Sprinkle sausage on top. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage. Whisk or blend for 1 minute the remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
