Watermelon Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. Crisco, chilled
approximately 1/4 c. chilled water
Preparation

In medium bowl, work together flour and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add water to form a ball.
Roll out on lightly floured surface.
Line a 9-inch pie plate.
Decorate edge, pricking the crust side and bottom.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until slightly browned.
Cool.
