Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    26 oz. Ragu sauce with mushrooms
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
    Heat oil in a skillet until hot.
    Brown chicken on both sides over medium heat; drain fat.
    Add sauce, water, garlic, onion and bell pepper; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice or spaghetti.
