Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour milk
    1 1/2 c. finely cut rhubarb
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, shortening and egg.
    Add cinnamon, salt, soda, rhubarb, nuts and flour.
    Add milk last.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, greased and floured.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
